Error: It seem the exchange isn’t supporting this currency anymore

The reason for this error is very simple. Your VirtuaBot has stopped trading because the currency pair it is using no longer exists on the exchange the bot operates on.

This can happen for 2 reasons:

  • The exchange in which the Bot operates has decided to delete the currency pair that your bot uses, either for legal reasons or for any other reason.
  • It may be the case that VirtuaBroker deletes a pair from its database due to the low demand for it by its users.

The solution to this problem is to delete the bot and create a new one with an existing currency pair that VirtuaBroker contains in its database.
